Trading & Speculation

On the XMR/BTC pair, Monero has officially broken out from a four year down-trend against Bitcoin and the monthly candle has closed above the line of resistance. Bulls can hope to see the ratio keep moving up. A pullback and retest to around ~0.0059btc could be healthy.

Monero’s dominance of the total crypto marketcap has been on the increase for the past four months now.

Since mid December 2021, Monero has been trending up against Ethereum, establishing higher lows for over 5 months.

Trade Ogre saw some large XMR buy bids come in over the past few days. On May 30th someone traded well over 120 BTC to more than 19,000 XMR by placing one massive buy wall order on Trade Ogre Exchange. The buy wall started off at 0.00645btc then was shifted up to 0.0066 to ensure the order was filled. Thanks to 1centarmy for bringing this to everyone’s attention.
